I recently set up a blog to coincide with my website to give information on updated products, new designs and anything that was happening within Lizajdesign!

The time has come where I am starting to feel a bit lonely so I have decided to do a GIVEAWAY!

The prize is an exclusive LETTER CANVAS hand painted and personalised to your requirements. The size of the Letter Canvas is 8" x 6" (20.3cm x 15.2cm) and would make an ideal gift for a newborn or a little girl or boys birthday.

New Signature 2011

ALL new artwork now produced in 2011 will have my signature signed on the front bottom right in orange:

This change is to update all my products and bring the 'orange' colour throughout which is now found on my website and packaging.

New Princess Name Canvas

I have finally uploaded the new Princess ladybird design to my website, coming soon to purchase also at Not on the high street. This was a commission from a previous customer who wanted another name canvas for her second daughter but slightly different. She already had the Princess original name canvas in the frog design and requested ladybirds and butterflies. She was thrilled with the result “Hi Liza, Kayleigh's painting has just arrived at it's just a brilliant as Krystal's!!! Thank you so much, I love it. kindest regards Kandyce”.

Just a quick memo of the completed orders from my last blog picture, which showed me working on them! The designs are a medium sized Jungle Pastel name canvas personalised "Callum" and a small sized Farm Original name canvas personalised "Charlie".

New Year 2011

After a little break in 2010 (a new addition to the family) I am eager to start 2011 with new designs and ever adapting products, so please watch this space! Here is a little peek of what I have been doing today, a couple of orders for Name Canvases; the top one is a small sized Farm Original design and the one closer is a Medium sized Jungle Pastel design. This photograph shows that yes, each and everyone is sketched and hand painted by myself!

Studio Revamp!

I've been a little distracted of late with my new arrival and on maternity leave; now things are settling down and routines are forming I am revamping the Lizajdesign studio. No it's not blue stripes it's actually some low tack masking tape in an odd colour blue! The masking tape is required for metallic strips, so I will be taking this off later when the paint has dried. I'm creating a photography area for capturing works and using my latest photography equipment. Oh and there's a sneak preview on my latest canvas collection, completed and ready to launch - watch this space!
